MEDIAPARK “Campo dei Fiori”

The Mediapark “Campo dei Fiori”, designed by Studio ADBA Architects of Brescia and located in Stezzano is a development project in the tertiary and commercial sector. The project involves the construction of offices, a shopping center, restaurants, an hotel and a fitness center. The built area covers 55.000 square meters. The Mediapark “Campo dei Fiori” is one of the most valuable and important metropolitan areas. It was also designed according to the concepts of environmental integration and energy efficiency.
The project stands in the middle of the Milan metropolitan area, close to A4 motorway, Orio al Serio airport, Bergamo and Treviglio railway lines and the future BreBeMi motorway and Bergamo’s Southestern Ring Road.

The project which includes interventions to contain energy needs and reduce environmental impact, aims to ensure continuity with the surrounding landscape through integration with the park South of Bergamo and other infrastructures (railway station and motorway).
The intervention, according to high architectural and technological standards, follows local topography and provides a lot of spaces used as greenery including a tree-lined boulevard.
The Mediapark will accommodate 23.000 square meters of offices, 2.5000 square meters of shops, an hotel that has 160 rooms, a fitness center and 16.000 square meters of parking area with 1,700 parking spaces. Air, earth, water and fire are the elements that inspire the realisation of a settlement perfectly integrated with the surrounding environment. That is from the point of view of aesthetics, architectural, energetic and operational.
The main materials that will be uses for the Business Park are glass, greenery and water, not only in line with a philosophy attentive to architectural quality, but also in the highest respect for the environment.
