The new logistic INDUSTRIAL park “Leonardo da Vinci” is located at the heart of the Milanese area in the municipality of Roncello (MI), near the most important Italian roads and along the main European distribution routes.
It is characterized by high quality building and is able to guarantee high safety standards, comfort and efficiency.
The area is available for further developments in the LOGISTIC-industrial field. The new logistics park is located on the A4 Milan – Venice motorway, European corridor 5. Placed within a road system of national and international interest, the pole can be reached from the motorway exits of Cavenago-Cambiago and Trezzo sull’Adda.

The building includes a factory with a gross floor area of about 50,000 sqm, divided into compartmentalised warehouses, offices and service rooms. The project also includes the construction of warehouses with loading bays on two sides with a clear height of 10.50 meters. The project includes the construction of about 70 loading bays.
On the East side of the 1st warehouse, a two-level mezzanine structure will be built to house administrative offices and services, with connecting stairs and lifts.
Warehouses will be provided with mezzanine structures for department offices and related services, complete of changing rooms..
The building will be equipped with American-made N.F.P.A. sprinkler system, the compartments will be built using REI120 walls.
