We identify and provide the resources required to meet the customer’s needs: the required competence level of staff is defined and suitable training programs are implemented accordingly. The Quality Department has the responsibility of verifying the effectiveness of the training. All our production processes, installations and construction sites, are equipped with specific control plans to assess the product quality during every production phase allowing us to intervene promptly in case of anomalies. Production installations have detailed maintenance programmes to guarantee the equipment best possible performance at all times. The assessment and selection of our suppliers is based on their ability to meet our requirements. All measuring instruments are calibrated at specified intervals and all necessary precautions are taken during their handling, maintenance and storage.
